Mixed Berry Smoothies
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1 ½ cup of Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk
½ cup of orange juice
1 tbsp. of sugar or sugar substitute
PROCEDURE
In an electric blender, toss in all the ingredients and mix until creamy. Serve and garnish with fresh berries.
Tip: You may use fresh berries and the fruits of your choice. Add 1-2 cups of crushed ice to the recipe.
