Chocolate and Fruit Muesli with Fresh Milk
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of oatmeal
2 tbsp. of chopped almonds
2 tbsp. of pecans
1 tbsp. of coconut oil
⅓ cup of maple syrup
¼ cup of cranberries
¼ cup of raisins
2 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. of dried coconut
½ cup of chopped dark chocolate
⅓ cup of dried peaches
Fresh fruits, such as blueberries or strawberries
1 cup per person of Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk
PROCEDURE
Prepare the muesli a day before following these steps:
In a bowl, add the oatmeal, almonds and pecans. Pour in the coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix.
Evenly distribute the mix in aluminum foil and bake at 350° F for 12 minutes. Once the mix cools down, add the pumpkin seeds, dried coconut, dark chocolate, cranberries and raisins.
To enjoy the muesli with Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk:
In a bowl, mix the muesli with the fresh fruit of your choice and pour over the Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk. Let it rest for a couple of minutes.
