Tiramisu
Who doesn’t like an easy no-bake dessert? Surprise with this delicious Tiramisu recipe made with the quality and freshness of our Tres Monjitas® Heavy Cream.
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cup of Tres Monjitas® Heavy Cream
8 oz. of mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
⅓ cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 ½ cup of cold espresso
1 package of ladyfingers cookies
Cocoa powder for decoration
PROCEDURE
Add Tres Monjitas® Heavy Cream to a bowl and whip on medium speed.
Gradually add the sugar and vanilla and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until combined. Set it aside.
Pour the coffee in a shallow bowl and quickly dip the ladyfingers cookies on both sides.
Arrange them in a single layer in the bottom of an 8 x 8 or similar size container. Smooth half of the mascarpone mixture over the top. Repeat the process until you have 2-3 layers.
Sprinkle cocoa powder generously over the top using a fine mesh strainer.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or up to overnight before serving.
