Banana Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats

1 ½ cup of Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk

1 medium banana

Ground cinnamon

2 tbsps. of honey

1 tbsp. of peanut butter

PROCEDURE

  1. In a saucepan, simmer the oats with the Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk, whisking occasionally.
  2. When the oatmeal is ready, add the peanut butter and stir until a homogenous mix is formed.
  3. Serve in a bowl and add banana slices, honey and the ground cinnamon.
  4. Tip: Leave the oats soaking in Tres Monjitas® Fresh Milk on the fridge overnight for more creaminess.
